Fee policy

It is the policy of TCCS to make fees as affordable as possible for the average family.

The School provides a generous family rebate for the second (25%), third (40%) and fourth (60%) child in a family. A further discount is also available for families with children enrolled in certain secondary Christian Schools and an annual application form needs to be completed accordingly.
Fee Statements will be sent out at the beginning of each term and are to be paid by the second week of term. In an effort to assist families who are unable to pay their term fees in a lump sum, a Fee Instalment Plan can be arranged prior to the due date.

The School realises that from time to time families undergo unexpected short term financial difficulties. We will attempt to offer grace and understanding where there is short term difficulty in paying a fee.

Where problems in paying fees occur, parents should contact the Principal to make the School aware as soon as possible. Non-payment of fees without explanation will be followed up and the School reserves the right to terminate enrolment should fees fail to be paid.

Sports fees and all day excursions are included. Overnight excursions are not included.

Building fund

TCCS is a young growing school and voluntary donations to our School’s tax-deductible building fund materially contribute to the improvement of infrastructure surrounding your child. The suggested term contribution is $50 per family and your fee statement will remind you of this.
