Our School Chaplain at TCCS assist in supporting the spiritual, social, and emotional well-being of our students. In particular, they have a key role in supporting the spiritual well-being of students, being respectful and supportive of each student's faith and beliefs. Our Chaplain seek to provide support for a wide range of day to day matters affecting the school community, and may become involved in a wide variety of issues including health, social and values education and emotional support.

Whilst acknowledging the voluntary nature of student involvement in Chaplaincy services, the school does not require additional consent for these services, due to parents and carers' acceptance of the school being faith based, and their agreement to the values of the school.

This year, Chaplaincy services are available through:

  • Nicole Briggs (B Teach, Kids Pastor Coast Community Church), who visits classes from time to time and is available during Recess and Lunch.

Chaplains may be contacted through the school office 4368 3377 or email.

Complaints about Chaplaincy services may be made to the Principal.

Each year the school community will be consulted, usually by survey, as to the effectiveness and satisfaction with the Chaplaincy services, in line with government requirements.
